Unfortunately the store didn't have the exact bouquet that I wanted but one of the associates (purple hair) was so kind she went above and beyond to help me create the one I saw online. I've been a customer for years and I spend a lot of money in party city but I've never had a experience like I had today!
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆March 02, 2020, by Mary HolmesI spent over $80 Had ballons blown up. Had to pay for them. Shopped for additional merchandise that totaled $57. I had coupons for over $60. Combined it was over 60. But they insisted and I could not use my coupon. Very frustrating!
