  This is the cleanest Family Dollar I've seen in a LONG time. The cashier spoke as I walked in and I found everything I needed. The layout of the store is a darn maze, but that's a corporate issue.

  Usually stays messy with several carts of stock. A couple of employees work hard but you can see others take advantage of that. One employee parks their vehicle in front of the store instead of leaving the parking space available for customer convenience. Usually the person is smoking in their vehicle. I go often because it's close to my home and prices are decent.

  Tonight was ok. I've had bad experiences which is why I'm rating a 3. 2wks ago I bought a $3 water bottle and didn't notice that it was cracked at the bottom until I tried to use it the next day. I took it back to the store to exchange it NOT return, but was told that I needed a receipt because it's a seasonal item (I trashed the receipt not thinking that I was going to run into that problem). The assistant and store manager were rude. I'm a regular customer in which me and my family go there at least twice a week for something. I was very displeased with the customer service experience.
